New Project Added - kimzwarts.com         05 08 2012

New on the stormhand website: the website for Dutch architectural photographer Kim Zwarts. Inspired by the functionality of the shelved record boxes of his archive, the design of the minimal website design uses only typography and whitespace to achieve efficient storage and optimal impact for the series perfectly composed photographs taken over the years.             See about the Kim Zwarts website here.

Boy Bastiaens at SALON Maastricht         02 06 - 10 06 2012

With each new edition, SALON/ aspires to connect their existing network to new participants; this time to the creative network in Maastricht and the Euregion. The project primarily addresses how new generations of artists and designers work and give expression to their ideas. A context that not only transcends the boundaries of the various disciplines, but also the physical confines of the museum, gallery or shop. The Salon approach leads to striking presentations on equally special locations, like for example the attic of the Central Station. The project is curated by Gijs Stork, Manon Schaap and Cathal McKee, realized in collaboration with Marres, NAiM/Bureau Europa and FASHIONCLASH.         See about Salon/Maastricht - shapes & things here..
